My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to standard as they were dirty and had maintenance issues, but after changing rooms, the new one was clean and nice. The service was helpful and courteous, with the staff going out of their way to assist, especially the night staff. The location was perfect for my needs, central to activities in Chicago, but lacked nearby options for transportation. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with good food but restrictions on taking it to the room. The hotel did not serve breakfast as advertised. Despite some drawbacks, it was a decent stay at a fair price.
